Derek Asiedu-Akrofi is Managing Partner of Akrofi & Akrofi, PC. He was formerly Legal Counsel at the International Monetary Fund, and Geoffrey Wilson Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Warwick School of Law, United Kingdom, an associate professor of law at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Business and International Economics, Beijing, China. Mr. Asiedu-Akrofi has taught this course at ILI for over a decade.
