INTENDED AUDIENCE: Policymakers, project managers, legal and financial procurement advisors, project implementing and other professionals involved in the oil and gas purchasing and contracting internationally and nationally.

COURSE OBJECTIVES: The program covers the main contracts used in the field of oil and gas and the legal and financial issues involved in oil and gas industry. It provides participants with a detailed analysis of the mechanism and key provisions with an emphasis on Production Sharing Agreements and Joint Operation Agreements. The seminar will also cover advanced topics dispute resolution of oil and gas contracts through investment arbitration and commercial arbitration regimes.
