Due the economic impact of COVID, the world is witnessing its largest number of bankruptcies and corporate restructuring. The rise and importance of corporate reorganizations and debt restructuring to save domestic industries and commercial enterprises is of critical importance to see ventures through this temporal economic contraction, until a time when normalcy returns. Many of these bankruptcies and voluntary restructuring cases involve, and are sometimes complicated, by cross jurisdictional considerations. This program is designed for a global client base consisting primarily of foreign government officials, legal practitioners, court officials, chambers of commerce, and other commercial interests.

Faculty will consist of subject matter experts from the following jurisdictions: US, EU, China, Mexico, Brazil, India, Russia, and Africa.

The seminar will be delivered through 2 live on-Line sessions via Zoom videoconferencing platform. Each session will last approximately 4.5 hours and will start at 7:00am Washington DC time (Eastern Standard Time). We expect the class to be highly interactive and will include presentations, case studies and exercises.
